Minutes from last meeting:
· Announced the need for more members and with Jason Schneiderman’s help
discussed the book release party at pandemonium books and that prestige
would be awarded for those attending to help promote both Requiem and to
recruit.
· Asked for feed back in how the Domain is running, is there more of
something they want? Less of anything? Is there more as their DC that they
would like to see me doing? What do they want for social events, charity
events?
· Floor was given to Kevin Robbins who announced he may be taking some time
off as AST Changeling, he is still making the decision to have the AVSTs run
games or step down for a short period of time. We will keep the chapter
informed when it is closer to when he needs the time off.
· Floor given to Chris Rhodes who announced he may not ST when Requiem is
released as time restraints may hinder him. Will keep the chapter informed
in the future.
· Announced that we have Milford for Sept game as well.

Current Projects:
Food drive for local food pantries, clothing drives for Winter-haven
Shelter.
Looking for new game sites.
Blanket\ pet food drive for Feline Adoption and Rescue (FaaR)

Problems:
We still need a new permanent game site. But we have site for Aug and Sept
lined up for now.
Jason Hoggatt and Sami Geinstein are currently looking into two colleges and
their availability.

Mediation Process initiated by Kimberly Lindsey. All parties and RC notified
and time and date being set up thru Matt Gorsky. *Postponed at present
because Matt could not make it*

Questions:

Was the Vampire Requiem play test and book party worth Open, Regional, or
National?
Jason Schneiderman ran a Great roll out for the books at Pandamonium books.
Have awarded him 40 open but was not sure if we were awarding this as
something other than open. Please let me know so I can award his efforts
appropriately.

DC still Currently working on prestige Audits. Rebuilding many of the logs
from old reports.
Completed Prestige audits:

Working on rebuilding Dana Lajeunesse, Joe Lalumiere and Everett Halls logs
Need to revise Paul Clark’s log it was discovered that there is a problem
with MC at ICC.
Finished the audit on Jeff Ninemire

Completed are: David Bounds, Lana Quenneville, Linda Bounds, Jason Hoggatt,
Kimberly Lindsey, Anne Latham, Lauren Franson, Bryn Kessler, Jeremy Bento,

someone has picked up the reporting for him and if they wish to have his
past approved report I have a copy of it.)

Linda Bounds – Transferred to NY. Spoke with Linda for verbal confirmation

supposed to inform me.
