IC a message reaches each kindred of the
domain to find one of my ghouls -
Daniel or Ann - during downtime at somepoint assume that you find one of them.
On their person they have the following letter...

Kindred of my Domain,
Several announcements were made at this last formal court.
Bella, through mutual agreement, has stepped
down from her position of
Seneschal. By my will and her desire she now serves as Harpy of my Domain.
Over
the last long while, she has come to know many of you very well. Let you not
displease her now in her new role, or you shall feel the razored edge of her
wit and tongue should she find you sinning against this city.
Ophion has served this domain well over
the last few years. His youth and
energy has been appreciated. But the position of Keeper of Elysia has been
disolved by my hand. He retains all respect that he has garnered in this city
and
I thank him for his valuable service.
Canus, Hound, and Inquisitor is elevated
to the position of Grand Paladin.
The Grand Paladin is empowered with Right of Investigation and Right of
Destruction over everyone and everything in this Domain.
Pierce, childe of Kaoniki, is elevated
to the role of Paladin and empowered
under Canus with the Right of Investigation and Destruction should such acts
be
defendable to the Grand Paladin's inquiries.
Pawel, Inquisitor of Portsmouth under
Bishop Luther Fried, is recalled from
his position in portsmouth - and with Prince Cynric StGeorge's blessing may
continue to reside within said domain until such time as his Bishop is returned
to Portsmouth. Pawel is also named Paladin and empowered under Canus with
the
Right of Investigation and Destruction should such acts be defendable to the
Grand Paladin's Inquiries.
Marty, childe of Aidan Bishop, is elevated
as Sword to Pierce. Let it be
known that he has Right of Investigation and the right to Torpor those who
do
not comply with his investigations.
By now the structure of this domain should
be clear to you all.
Harpy Bella shall oversee the social maneuverings of this domain.
While the Grand Paladin guides the Paladins in overseeing its mortal safety.
Paladins may draw their Swords while fulfilling the duties assigned them.
Many have asked the origins of the titles
and honoriffics granted this
evening, for simplicity sake I shall respond here. The only *city and courtly
positions* besides my own that are recognized are Harpy, Secondus (currently
unfilled) and Grand Paladin (who is empowered with the rights of Sheriff and
Keeper).
Paladin is an honorrific and are people whom I trust to act in the best
interest of this Sanctified Domain, and the best interest of the Stability
of the
Region. Swords are those whom they wish to work with, in the discharging of
their duties. Paladins and Swords have no influence in this city beyond which
they garner themselves. However, to stand against them, is to stand against
The Grand Paladin and to stand against Me.
Should any have questions, or wish to
serve this city as Paladin or Sword. Or
if any think themselves worthy to be named Secondus of this domain. Speak
to
me privately.

ooc : ok so small domain means i needed
to redo the ic structure of things a
bit.. theres still room for a lot of folks to get involved. some paladins
will
be more 'reliable' than others etc.. however.. with the MET rules coming out
- you cant hold positions in more than one city. Our out of towners and allies
within Cynrics court have done tons of brood killing and i need a way to
reward them IC since they cant take positions (and status) here. This is that
way. If more folks from Boston step up - then we can begin to release the
out
of towners. If you see an interesting way to tie your PC into the Court or
a
"NEW" type of *Position* then let me know.. Think we need an Artificer?

Confessor? Got something else of value you want to put out there and get in
on
plotwise.. talk to me. Im not an ST, but I am the Prince and trying to make
this
as fun and interesting for everyone.. so yeh.. i cant promise itll happen..
but id like the opportunity to RP with more and more of you all. :)
