This good-natured elderly clurichaun has been around Boston for about as long as anyone can remember now. Though a bit of a recluse before the former Duke's death, Billy is now frequently seen about, and serves as one of the guardians of the Statehouse Motley, which he takes very seriously. Known more for his everpresent humor and feats or drinking than strength of arms, Billy in nevertheless the de facto protector of the Motley, and seems to be doing nicely, even if he hasnt got the witty banter thing quite down yet.
Quote: -Billy: "Thank god I had enough ta drink
today ta overcome me natural incompetence"
Satyr: " I've never seen you be incompetent"
Billy: "Have ya ever seen me without booze either?"
Other Notes: Flaw: Sidhe Emnity. Character has earned a wary eye from
the Sidhe due to his lack of respect of titles.
- Recently moved to Boston, this displaced Irishman is now a member of Boston's
Recently formed Fort Independence Motley. Trained as an assassin and Bounty
Hunter, he saves his rage for the Formorians that threaten his new home. He
is also supposedly the reincarnation of the Arms Master for the pirate ship
HMS Complication. He hasn't quite broken the news to his former crew.
Fae Seeming: Not much changes between his Autumn self and his Fae seeming
- besides the ears. He always dresses in a leather jacket painted with celtic
knotwork in bright green, and as late has taken to wearing a green lantern
"flame sigil" tee-shirt.

- Even older than Billy, Shaun hasn't aged nearly as well. An old man limping
along on his cane, Shaun has none-the-less proved an accurate source for hard
to find information in the city.
