Starting work for a Jan membership Drive
Food drive for local food pantries, clothing drives for Winter-haven
Shelter.
Blanket\ pet food drive for Feline Adoption and Rescue (FAaR)

Problems:

Had to call off game for Dec due to lack of game site.

Questions:

Will there be a new site soon to confirm membership?

2nd time in report: When a member renews early, like at ICC…and they
originally expired 01/01/05, do they now expire one year from the day they
renewed (10/25/05) or one year from their old renewal date? (01/01/06)???
- ANSWERED by RC: I *believe* that their renewal date is the date from
which you count their expiration. I'll check to make sure

Still need an answer, 4rd time in report:
Was the Vampire Requiem play test and book party worth Open, Regional, or
National?
Jason Schneiderman ran a Great roll out for the books at Pandemonium books.
Have awarded him 40 open but was not sure if we were awarding this as
something other than open. Please let me know so I can award his efforts
appropriately.

WE HAVE A SITE!!!! Can I get a Hallelujah! New site is Actor’s Workshop -
327 Summer Street – Boston, MA 02110 - We start using it in Jan.

DC still Currently working on prestige Audits. Rebuilding many of the logs
from old reports.
Completed Prestige audits:

Working on rebuilding Joe Lalumiere and Everett Halls logs (still trying
to attain info on all 3)
Need to revise Paul Clark’s log it was discovered that there is a problem
with MC at ICC.
