Discussed the need for votes for DST.
Discussed the need for ASTs Requiem
Announced Rich Sweetnam as my ADC charities, and Kevin Robbins as ADC game
sites.
Discussed donating extra funds to charity, suggestion that we keep on
reserve for when we do not get enough players to pay for site.
Discussed postering and membership drive.
Discussed the need for a new site AGAIN. Actor’s workshop will not be
available to us for the months of March, April, & May.

Starting work for a membership Drive
Food drive for local food pantries, clothing drives for Winter-haven
Shelter.
Blanket\ pet food drive for Feline Adoption and Rescue (FAaR)

Problems:

DST stepped down from the position. Process in the works, application has
been submitted and election in progress

Questions:

Question still pending but being worked on:
Was the Vampire Requiem play test and book party worth Open, Regional, or
National?
Jason Schneiderman ran a Great roll out for the books at Pandemonium books.
Have awarded him 40 open but was not sure if we were awarding this as
something other than open. Please let me know so I can award his efforts
appropriately.

Comments:

Currently working on finding a new game site, as Actor’s workshop is booked
for the summer.

Reminding all expired members to renew this month ASAP.

Had a Bake sale at game to help defer the cost of game site.
We are in the process of getting up to speed on doing other charities during
the year. We will discuss at next domain meeting.

DC still Currently working on prestige Audits. Rebuilding many of the logs
from old reports.
Completed Prestige audits:

Working on rebuilding Everett Halls logs (still trying to attain info)
Paul Clark has quit the camarilla, so no need to continue to search for
prestige logs.
