Notes from the Domain meeting 1/10/04 - 5:30 pm:

Well we are still looking for sites: next month Lisa has gotten us the site
at Brandies
Directions will be put on the Web site, and car-pooling was discussed, those

needing rides or offering rides are asked to post to D-Boston in the
beginning of Feb.

It was brought up that there are many members that do not like playing in
people's houses, mainly for space and parking/direction issues.
Also that to attract new players is difficult when we are not in a public
location and in a Consistent location.
On that note, please if you know of a place that would be relatively
inexpensive or that may offer free space for services i.e.: donating time to

their org. Please fee free to call them!
Do not wait on circumstance; just call and see if we can get info. Or send
the information to Kim or Lisa.

The Web site: If you have not seen it...TAKE A LOOK. Lana has added some
spiffy new stuff and it looks great.
Send her info about your characters. Any info you wish to give her is what
will be put on the site. No stats need be given. (Photos are kewl too)

NERE: It is coming up soon and is in Portland ME April 1 -4 if you would
like to donate items or Time to the Event, contact Chris Rhodes -

Charities: Chris is working on a few projects and would really like some
feedback as to what you all would like work with.
Currently in the works is the Walk for Hunger in May. www.walkforhunger.com
We are continuing with the Food and clothing drives as well as the Donations

for Animal shelters.
The idea has been tossed out to NERE that the funds raised for charity be
pooled into a donation for the Camarilla group for the Walk and all given to

them at the end of the event.
This helps in 2 ways: Project Bread gets a large donation, and if the
donation is large enough gets the Camarilla name on their site as a large
contributor. Giving us some exposure.

The floor was then given to the DST:
He mentioned the Proxy information regarding posting during proxy play. And
that according the Boston VSS that you cannot post when your character is
proxied. I am asking Jason e-mail the D-Boston list on this for more
clarification.

He would like to see all VST Cam/anarch applications sent to the D-Boston
list before the end of the month - 01/31/04
Questions can then be asked and a vote taken at the Game in February.
