Current Projects:
Starting work for a membership Drive
Food drive for local food pantries, clothing drives for Winter-haven
Shelter.
Blanket\ pet food drive for Feline Adoption and Rescue (FAaR)

Problems:

DST stepped down from the position. Process in the works with Regional to
run the election for new DST.

Questions:

Question still pending but being worked on:
Was the Vampire Requiem play test and book party worth Open, Regional, or
National?
Jason Schneiderman ran a Great roll out for the books at Pandemonium books.
Have awarded him 40 open but was not sure if we were awarding this as
something other than open. Please let me know so I can award his efforts
appropriately.

Comments:

Site is secured for Feb. Actor’s workshop worked out wonderfully. The only
issue may be the cost.
If we do not maintain a larger player base, we may not meet the $200 for
site fee.
This month worked in our favor.

Reminding all expired members to Renew this month asap.

Had a Bake sale at game to help defer the cost of game site.
If we continue in the Black we may donate any extra proceeds to a charity,
will bring this up in next domain meeting.
We are in the process of getting up to speed on doing other charities during
the year. We will discuss at next domain meeting.

DC still Currently working on prestige Audits. Rebuilding many of the logs
from old reports.
Completed Prestige audits:

Working on rebuilding Joe Lalumiere and Everett Halls logs (still trying
to attain info on all

Need to revise Paul Clark’s log it was discovered that there is a problem
with MC at ICC.
