Current Projects:
Starting work for a Jan membership Drive
Food drive for local food pantries, clothing drives for Winter-haven
Shelter.
Looking for new game sites.
Blanket\ pet food drive for Feline Adoption and Rescue (FAaR)
Need to start planning for Toys for Tots in Dec.

Problems:
We still need a new permanent game site. Possible site from Kim and Kevin.
Not much else is working.
We need a college site again.

Questions:

2nd time in report: When a member renews early, like at ICC…and they
originally expired 01/01/05, do they now expire one year from the day they
renewed (10/25/05) or one year from their old renewal date? (01/01/06)???

Still need an answer, 3rd time in report:
Was the Vampire Requiem play test and book party worth Open, Regional, or
National?
Jason Schneiderman ran a Great roll out for the books at Pandemonium books.
Have awarded him 40 open but was not sure if we were awarding this as
something other than open. Please let me know so I can award his efforts
appropriately.

DC still Currently working on prestige Audits. Rebuilding many of the logs
from old reports.
Completed Prestige audits:

Working on rebuilding Joe Lalumiere and Everett Halls logs
Need to revise Paul Clark’s log it was discovered that there is a problem
with MC at ICC.
